Life size bronze bust for the new David J. Vial MD Patient Care Center. Dr. Vial provided a lifetime of service to the St. Charles Parish Hospital and to the residents of his community as a dedicated surgeon and Coroner of St. Charles Parish for 37 years. He also played a significant role in the early stages and the on going development of the St. Charles Parish Hospital, which is now one of most state of the art and comprehensive healthcare facilities in Louisiana.
