Anthony Cooper

Life size bronze portrait bust of Anthony Cooper. Cooper joined the RAFVR in 1938 and flew for the Royal Air Force throughout the Second World War, including on June 6th, 1944 D-Day. The Spitfire he flew has been restored and is on display at the National D-Day museum in New Orleans, Louisiana. He is depicted as he appeared during the dedication of the museum in 2005.
